This month, I have become a huge fan of
- Fresh ingredients
- Lots of green
- Colorful desserts
- Fresh Fruit smoothies
- Light dinners
- Floral/Fruit Cocktails
My jobs are very demanding; so much that I have changed my eating habits quite a lot, I'm not going to lie and say I eat like this 100% of the time because I don't, but I have cut back a-lot and that is a right step into the direction I want to go with. It's been good for my body, I've lost weight I feel healthier and I eat much better portions.
The best part about it is that I feel ~ WONDERFUL.
