There is always something going on in Philly. I can't wait to do this again in August and September. I only stayed for an hour, but it goes on till 9 I believe, and I'm pretty sure as the evening goes on the crowed grows. The lines are worth it though, as people wait for cheap and delicious food and drinks of all nations. . .
